Charter Communications is one of the top five telecommunications companies in the United States, best known under its consumer brand, Spectrum.
While Spectrum was investing heavily in traditional TV commercials, we identified a faster and more cost-effective opportunity through short-form digital video.
I led the initial pitch by developing concepts aligned with Spectrum’s sales goals, then worked with the client to refine them. I storyboarded each idea and collaborated with animators to produce video content designed specifically for online platforms.

The impact
The short videos consistently outperformed traditional media. They drove higher sales and delivered a stronger return on cost per order (CPO).
